Revlon Skittlette Mani ♥

Hi guys ! Hope you all had a stunning weekend. Mine was busy , Alex's birthday is Saturday and I'm a busy body planning all the details... Today I'm showing you a skittlette mani I did using the Revlon 3D For Jewel Appliques Wild Flowers . For this mani I used the set called Brocade Garden , this is a gorgeous pink girly flowery design.  The appliques doesn't dry out as these aren't made of nail polish. The strip sizes are also pretty versatile (I  have small nail beds and struggle to find sizes that fit usually ) but didn't have any issues here. The design also has a bit of a 3D effect with the dark pink flowers, which is pretty cool . The set comes with 16 strips , so enough for a full mani or use as accent nails like I did. I found these pretty easy to use . Just be careful if you want to top coat these beauties... Seche Vite and quick drying top coats don't blend well with them. But any normal top coat will work perfectly. I wore this look for thre

Back To Work : Best Nude Polishes

Hi guys ! Hope you had an amazing weekend ! I was so glad about the little cooler weather yesterday, seriously the heatwave wasn't the most fun thing ever.  So since most of you been back at work since last week, I decided to make a special post about some gorgeous goodies for your hands and nails this week to get you back in the work spirit . (Actually who am I kidding no one wants to be back. )  I know most of you can't wear crazy bold colours to work, so I've put together some of my favourite nude nail polishes for you . All of these are amazing formula wise, and are all my my personal favourite for work too.  All these polishes has a pretty decent formula, and I used two coats of all the polishes shown below. (Except on the Seche colour one, that was a 1coater)  So here's my 12 favourite nude polishes - 1) Loreal Rose Bagatelle  A gorgeous rose pink colour . I love the wide brush and how perfectly the colour suits me. 2) OPI My Vampire is Buff This is

Sally Hansen Texture Bubble Plum

Hi guys ! Hope everyone had a decent week . It's weekend again ! Whoohoo ! I'm really not liking the heatwave currently happening... Bleh !Anyone got any fun weekend plans ?? Today I'm showing you one of the Sally Hansen Sugar Coat polishes. These are their e textured range of polishes. The first colour from the range that stood out for me was Bubble Plum (seems I'm a huge fan of purple nail polishes lately .. lol ) .  Bubble Plum is a gorgeous medium purple texture nail polish. The formula on this polish seemed a little harder to control than other texture polishes I've tried. For the swatch below I used two coats of Sally Hansen Sugar Coat . Another downside though .. The polish started getting some major tip wear after day three, and from there it just went south really quickly and started chipping really bad. I don't normally wear polishes that long, but since I was in "holiday" mode when I wore this, it was a little disappointing especi

I love the impressive detail in the water decals, something I would never be able to draw by hand . This design will really be PERFECT for Valentines day too.  Here's how they work -  First take of the little plastic film from the decals . Simply cut out the design you love . Get a glass of room temperature water . Taking a pair of tweezers, lightly the design in the water . Leave it there for about 10 - 20 seconds and then using the tweezers take them out  Gently slide the white backing off . Using the tweezer

I really struggle to find lip products since I'm really sensitive to most lipstick and lipbalm brands, so I was really impressed that these worked perfectly on me. I found them SUPER moisturising and the colours are sheer but buildable which I lov
