Now that it's finally getting a little warmer here in South Africa , I decided to share my 8 favourite nail polishes I love reaching for once the weather warms up a bit. Pastels are usually very popular year round - but especially in Spring time when you want some fun brighter colours to wear on your nails and get you ready for the new season . Although Picture Polish is a pricier brand - the polishes wear amazingly well and has a great wear time. Hi guys ! Happy Thursday . I've been recovering from a bout of food poisoning after the weekend , so I'm only coming round to blogging again today. How has your week been so far ? Hopefully a lot better. A little while back Woolworths had a beauty sale , and I decided to pick up a few goodies to try out. I got two of the JTOne polishes as well as the Woolworths Setting Spray. The polishes are pretty affordable and has a great range of colours - and for a change I decided to pick something besides a nude to try. I got two of the more pastel colours in the range - a minty green and a light pink - the colours are GORGEOUS and totally spring appropriate. So onto the two colours I got. JTOne #MintyFresh Pretty Paint I'm always a fan of gorgeous minty polishes that has the perfect colour - I don't like too green minty polishes but also not minty polishes that border too close to a white polish. Hi guys ! Happy Monday - sorry for the lack of posts lately has been a little crazy at the moment , but hopefully I will have some more time to sit down and write the posts from today. Avon has launched 4 new BB 7-1 Nail polishes - all being gorgeous soft nudes and pastel colours - perfect for those of us who can't wear super crazy nail polish colours to work.  The benefits of these polishes are : Creamy, flawless colour Built-in base coat Increases nail strength UV filter to prevent yellowing Smooth nail ridges Protect nails Covers imperfections My overall thoughts on both these polishes after testing them for about a month - The first coat was a little streaky but the second coat smoothed it out perfectly. I didn't use a base coat when I wore these polishes - and I do find that it does smooth out your nails and covers minor nail imperfections - but on me it started chipping on day 4.   Hi guys ! Hope you had a great weekend. Mine was quiet busy and productive.  Today I'm sharing another gorgeous nail polish with you .. And this colour just couldn't be more perfect for Spring. (Although with this weird weather I think we are jumping into Summer and skipping Spring this year. ) TOY Nail Polish in Mandarina.  For quiet a while I've been on a search for the perfect pastel like coral colour.. And I finally found it with this gorgeous beauty. This colour is perfection in a bottle. This colour applies like butter, is super pigmented and dries quickly too.  I'm currently testing out the TOY Diamond Cocktail topcoat too, and I'm so impressed with it.
