Pink & Purple Dots

Hi guys ! Happy Thursday. How has your week been ? Mine has been an extremely long week so far - I really can't wait to get home on Saturday afternoon from work and just chill.  As I mentioned in my last nail related post - I am trying to make a bit more effort with my nails this year. Water Decals makes having pretty nails so much easier - it really takes a few seconds for some gorgeous art on your fingertips.  Today I'm sharing  THESE  pretty water decals from  BornPrettyStore  . Again - I went predictable for me and went with owls (Can I just say I am having so much fun with these owl decals )  I love using them as accent nails instead of full Mani's - I find that way the look doesn't look too overly done . I picked the cute pink owls - but how gorgeous are those top row of owls too ?? Mine is actually pretty good so far so I don't have any complaints.  Back in November Born Pretty Store contacted me to offer me some goodies to review on the blog, and while the postage time did suck over the Holiday period - I finally received the goodies last week and I'm sharing the first nail look I did with them with you today . THESE  decals from  BornPrettyStore  includes some fun Christmas inspired owls , as well as some everyday owls. While Christmas might be over , I couldn't wait to play with these decals as I love Owl everything. Water decals always have the prettiest designs - and they are super easy to use too. Hi guys ! Hope your having a fantastic week so far . I certainly am :) As promised yesterday, I will be sharing what my #NOTD is today . I'm not a huge fan of cupcake , presents or balloon nail art (although I will be sharing such a mani for my blog anniversary next month, along with my 150 000 page view give-away, so keep an eye out for that . ) So I decided on a subtle girly mani for my 28th birthday today . Hi guys ! Hope you are having a fun week so far. My week has luckily not been too busy, but really enjoying the little bit of calmness. Today I'm sharing a fun pink Valentinesday look with you . The lovely Ghila from NailsNoob  send me a little surprise from Italy with a friend that is visiting South Africa at the moment and this Rimmel beauty was included in my package . I knew wanted to use it before Valentinesday , so it was the first one I picked to use. For this mani I used two coats of Rimmel Salon Pro Simply Sizzling.. It's such a gorgeous barbie pink . For my accent nail I used one coat of OPI Alpine Snow and topped it off with Teenage Dreams . I then used a fun heart with a kiss on decal from the  Born Pretty Store  and voila.. Hi guys ! Hope everyone had a nice weekend. Mine wasn't the best of weekends, for once I was glad for it to be Monday. Moving on to my nails, I got another fun mani to share with you today using some more  Born Pretty Store  water decals.  This time I used some fun kisses and heart inspired mani using THESE  cute water decals. The design I'm showing today used the YB-001 set .  The decals are so easy to use and the designs are really fantastic. I love the impressive detail in the water decals, something I would never be able to draw by hand . This design will really be PERFECT for Valentines day too.  Here's how they work -  First take of the little plastic film from the decals . Simply cut out the design you love . Get a glass of room temperature water . Taking a pair of tweezers, lightly the design in the water . Leave it there for about 10 - 20 seconds and then using the tweezers take them out  Gently slide the white backi...

Hope everyone is having a great week so far.   Today I'm sharing another water decal mani with your from the  Born Pretty Store  with you.  The decals instantly made me think of Snow White, especially the "Evil Queen" looking lady and the gorgeous lipsticks in the mirror.  The decals I used was YB-004 from  THIS  link, and I used the Evil Queen, lipstick in the mirror and a lipstick mark decal for this mani.  .
