How was your weekend ?  A little while back I picked up tons of new nail polishes to try and review on the blog - and since my mom is searching for the best wear time nail polish - I was excited to pick this baby up to give a try . Clicks had a special on the combo pack - R189 for the colour polish and top coat - and since they usually retail for around R120 each , I decided to give this kit a try . They don't have such a huge range of colours in the combo kits - mine had a hot pink , a red and this gorgeous nude colour - and of course being me I had to try the nude out. And nude colours are perfect for me for work / going out as I feel it's neutral and you can never go wrong with a good neutral. Hi guys ! Hope you had a great weekend. Mine was pretty good and relaxing. Catrice , just like Essence launched a Gel polish system a little while back and Catrice was kind enough to send these to me to try out. I also got the colour A Gallon of Melon, which is such a gorgeous peachy colour to try out with these polishes. A Gallon of Melon is a gorgeous peachy colour that applies smoothly , and is opaque in two coats.  So onto my thoughts about these polishes - I love this base coat and top coat combo together. This base coat is just sticky enough and dries matt pretty fast , I love these types of base coats as they really help your polish stay on longer in the long run. As with the Essence - This top coat is AMAZING ! It dries super shiny and fast , so if your in a hurry and need to be out the door in a flash ... This is a fantastic top coat to use.  Lasting power ? Hi guys ! Hope you had a great weekend.  Today I'm sharing a GREAT pink colour with you guys from Revlon's new ColorStay Gel Envy range. I usually don't wear polish for more than a few days.. But I've been super busy lately and hardly had time to change nail polish.. So this was the PERFECT opportunity to test out the wear time of the polish. This polish needs no base coat, as the formula has the colour & a base coat already mixed in. The best part is the colour on it's own dries SUPER fast.. (And I'm a fan of Seche Vite but this dries a little bit faster in my opinion ) The formula applies like butter and SUPER pigmented.  I used the new Revlon ColorStay Top Coat too... Again... WOW ! It dries super fast. I love the fact that I can really just paint my nails and top coat it and be out the door. This top coat also stays SUPER shiny .. YEAH ! Now onto the important part.. Hi guys ! Hope you had a stunning weekend. I just relaxed at home for a change .. Was nice getting a few things done at home. Today I'm sharing 2 new nail polishes from Avon's Gel Finish range - Barely There & Dazzle Pink. These polishes come in shades, and don't require a base coat and top coat, has a gel like finish . Barely There is the first one of the two I tried. I LOVE nude nail polishes, they are perfect for office and for everyday wear . The formula applied like butter, and I LOVED the shine. I didn't use base coat or top coat and this polish remained chip free and perfect for 5days ! Only on day 6 did a few chips start to show . I'm really impressed with this one ! This really is perfection in a bottle.  I used 2 coats of Avon Gel Finish Barely There in the photos below - The next one is Avon Gel Finish Dazzle Pink. I have to admit, the colour pulls a lot more peach toned in the photos and in real life than it looks in the bot...
