Pink & Purple Dots

Hi guys ! Happy Thursday. How has your week been ? Mine has been an extremely long week so far - I really can't wait to get home on Saturday afternoon from work and just chill.  As I mentioned in my last nail related post - I am trying to make a bit more effort with my nails this year. Water Decals makes having pretty nails so much easier - it really takes a few seconds for some gorgeous art on your fingertips.  Today I'm sharing  THESE  pretty water decals from  BornPrettyStore  . Again - I went predictable for me and went with owls (Can I just say I am having so much fun with these owl decals )  I love using them as accent nails instead of full Mani's - I find that way the look doesn't look too overly done . I picked the cute pink owls - but how gorgeous are those top row of owls too ?? Mine is actually pretty good so far so I don't have any complaints.  Back in November Born Pretty Store contacted me to offer me some goodies to review on the blog, and while the postage time did suck over the Holiday period - I finally received the goodies last week and I'm sharing the first nail look I did with them with you today . THESE  decals from  BornPrettyStore  includes some fun Christmas inspired owls , as well as some everyday owls. Hi guys ! Happy Monday ! How was your weekend ? Mine was actually pretty nice and relaxing... Except for the JHB heat ... Seriously.. It's not even December yet.  I few weeks ago I shared a shot of a mani I wore using some awesome  We Heart Nail Art  heart swirls vinyls. These vinyls makes nail art super easy , it's really just sticking on the vinyl... Painting over it , gently taking it off ... and voila - EASY PEASY and super gorgeous nail art in minutes (okay not minutes... your base colour has to dry first before you can even use the vinyls ... But you get the basic idea there ) I will be posting a little tutorial this week using some vinyls too, so if you are not sure about how to use them stay tuned for that . I started off with my base colour - Tip Top Milkyway. After it was dry ( I waited about 20 minutes ) I applied the heart vinyl - painted piCture pOlish Allure and removed the vinyls with tweezers. Hi guys ! Happy Monday. Hope you had a great weekend.  Last week I ordered some gorgeous nail vinyls from  WeHeartNailArt  , and the ones I was most excited to try out was the chevron vinyls. (There are thin and thick ones... For reference I used the thin ones in this mani )  These vinyls are SUPER easy to use. I waited about 10 minutes for my gold base to dry first , placed the vinyls , painted over with my black polish , peeled off the vinyls and top coated. And voila ! A easy nail art look in minutes. I got a few other designs I'll be showing in the next week or two too.  I decided to pair gold and black with some fun gold and pink studs to complete the mani.  So onto the photos -  For this mani I used - China Glaze I'm not Lion Tip Top Black Forest Thin chevron Vinyls from  http://www.weheartnailart.co.za/ Gold and pink random studs I had What do you think off this mani ? Hi guys ! Happy Monday ! How was your weekend ?? Did you have any fun weekend plans ? As I mentioned, I'm on a huge piCture pOlish kick lately... And I'm pretty sure the brand has become hands down my favourite nail polish brand. The formula on these polishes are AMAZING ... And the colours just gorgeous... And another bonus... The colours last on me about 7 days with minimal tip wear. Yeah ! A little while back , I ordered Allure... A bright vibrant magenta colour. And I was blown away by how seriously gorgeous this colour is. Allure is very pigmented ... If you use thicker coats of polish you can easily get away with one coat. I used two as always. The formula is yet again perfection.
