Hi guys! Happy Tuesday. How was your weekend?  Today I'm sharing something I REALLY REALLY have been enjoying during lockdown - baking. I'll admit I always loved baking but never really had time - I was always running from work to home to school pick up and on weekends I was way exhausted to even think about it. But with lockdown, I was forced to slow down a bit .. and working from home some days in the week also helped a lot.  I discovered the Eurika Mills Potbrood mix after seeing some of her other mixes on Instagram - I was intrigued so the next time I popped into Checkers for groceries I picked up one of the mixes to try ... it sounded simple enough in store - just add water and let's rise ... so I thought okay let me try it. And boy I was glad I did! I fell in love with how easy and yummy this mix is. A total winner.
