Hi guys! Happy Tuesday! How was your weekend ?? Last month I told you about getting a fun book subscription for Alex and reviewed our June Book HERE, and I want to share with you guys the July Book and Activity book we got.  I have to admit - with all Alex's Eisteddodd activities last week, we haven't touched this book since it arrived as we were practising non-stop - but now he can finally dig into the book and enjoy it.  As I mentioned there - Alex does read every night before bedtime - this is a strong rule we stick to every night. He loves reading and he often walks around with a fact book or Encyclopedia in his hand reading everyone facts about volcanoes, dinosaurs or the human body.  I love that Kids Book Club send us a cute book, an activity book and a cute bag every month. Hi guys! Happy Monday. How has your weekend been? The other day I saw a meme on Instagram saying adulting is saying "it will be calmer from next week" over and over again until you die. That's how I feel currently. Work is insanely busy (which is good ! ) and Alex has a week filled with Eisteddfod (which he has been practising his heart out for the last few weeks ) but hopefully, things will be a bit calmer after that. Hi guys! Happy Friday - and also Happy July. July is going to be another super busy month for me- work is insanely busy (which is always good !) and Alex has a million activities this month too.  Today I'm sharing with you my thoughts on Princess Aurora 9 Piece Eyeshadow Palette  from Glamore Cosmetics. I have raved about them hundreds on times on the blog as well as my Instagram (and I have some lip-glosses and foundation review from this online store to share with you guys soon too ).   Gael was kind enough to send me this palette as a surprise for my birthday - and honestly, while I didn't feel like playing with make-up then - now it's a palette I reach for on a weekly basis. Last month I saw an awesome new subscription service pop up in my Instagram sponsored posts called Kids Book Club  and I decided to check it out. They have a great selection of packages available for most age groups too. As I mentioned in a previous post - Alex reads a book every night before bedtime. (He reads more though - he has to read a bedtime story to me every night ) I love picking up a few new ones often for a before bedtime read. Hi guys! Happy Tuesday. How was your long weekend? I'm on leave this week (thank goodness!) because the last two weeks at work was hectic busy. Today I'm sharing with you some of my favourites when I had a super busy day at work and need to relax before bedtime (and I know that's a super hard thing especially when you are a mom too !) I try (and not always succeed ) to do these things 30 minutes before bedtime WITHOUT my phone (which is super hard I know as we are all basically attached to our phones these days ) I love the Carmien Rooibos and Camomile tea before bedtime. They have quite a few teas in the range I love (I have mentioned a few on the blog already ) but this is my all-time favourite bedtime drink. Hi guys! Happy Monday. How was your weekend? Can you believe it's June already? I've been super busy at work lately (Hence the no posts - but I'm slowly trying to get into my new work routine so I'm planning to post more too.) Also, I haven't forgotten the freebie for May - I will be posting two school kids related freebie worksheets this month. Last month I picked up one of the new Essence palettes they released. They have quite a few pretty new ones - but being obsessed with all things French and Paris I knew the Salut Paris palette was the one for me. And I was totally in luck - the colours in the palette is totally up my alley. I do love awesome mauve and pink and tones as everyday staples - so I loved the colour choices in addition to the neutrals in this palette. It makes it a very friendly everyday colours palette. I find each one has its own benefits. Some like florals scents while other's prefer a citrus scent.
