When you have great skin , make-up products applies better and makes it last better. While I suffer from dry skin in winter, I still have a oily t-zone year round , and extremely painful break-outs and bumps lately from stress  .  Dermaceutic Mask 15  is an oil reducing mask that targets oily and acne-prone skin. This astringent clay mask removes dead skin cells, purifies the skin and removes excess oil. Take note: it contains 15% Glycolic Acid. 15%! That is powerful stuff. It also contains Salicylic acid which further aids in the exfoliation process and Bentonite which is a highly absorbent clay. Hi guys ! Happy Tuesday !  As you may or may not know ,  We ♥ Nail Art  is now the exclusive dealer for piCture pOlish in South Africa. When I first heard the brand was going to be available in SA , I rushed over to pre-order 4 shades for myself . (If you want to know what other 4 shades I got.. So it was no secret that I NEEDED to try out a nude polish (or two ... ) from the range.  piCture pOlish Nougat is a gorgeous beige nude creme polish. Hi guys ! Hope you had a great weekend. Mine was pretty good and relaxing. Catrice , just like Essence launched a Gel polish system a little while back and Catrice was kind enough to send these to me to try out. I also got the colour A Gallon of Melon, which is such a gorgeous peachy colour to try out with these polishes. A Gallon of Melon is a gorgeous peachy colour that applies smoothly , and is opaque in two coats.  So onto my thoughts about these polishes - I love this base coat and top coat combo together. This base coat is just sticky enough and dries matt pretty fast , I love these types of base coats as they really help your polish stay on longer in the long run. As with the Essence - This top coat is AMAZING ! It dries super shiny and fast , so if your in a hurry and need to be out the door in a flash ... This is a fantastic top coat to use.  Lasting power ? Hi guys. Happy Monday . How was YOUR weekend ? I don't know about you , but this winter has been really hectic on my nails. My usually strong nails suddenly got brittle and started to break easily . I got these two treatments from Crisnail to try out, and was pleasantly surprised by these little magic bottles of nail magic.  I tested each one out for about 2 weeks each so far. Hi guys. Happy Monday . How was your weekend ?? Today I'm sharing 2 polishes from the New Essence Pastels Trend collection. Both these pastel polishes formula is fantastic for a polish that dries down to a matt finish. I was also seriously impressed, usually when I don't top coat a polish doesn't last long on me.. And these still lasted a good 4 days before I got any chips or tip wear. I'm impressed !! I'm so Fluffy is a gorgeous pastel peachy colour , and So Lucky is a gorgeous minty green pastel colour. Both look seriously stunning to brighten up any winter outfit . And as always  the best part - Essence polishes doesn't break the bank as it's SUPER affordable.  So onto the swatches -  I'm So Fluffy - So Lucky -  Have you tried any of the pastel range of polishes ? Hi guys ! Happy Friday ! Hope you all had a great week. My week was super busy, but eventful . As I mentioned on Wednesday post, my skin goes crazy in winter. It goes scaly and flaky so quickly ... And I REALLY hate it. So in winter time I try as much as I can to boost my skin with hydrating serums and masks. As always, Clicks has amazing specials from time to time , their 3 - 2 specials, and when I picked up some Sorbet skincare goodies, I decided to get some sachet masks from Sorbet. I usually get these masks when I travel or go on holiday (or when my skin needs a boost from time to time ) , as it contains a serum to apply first, and then a sheet mask (which looks scary the first ) and comes in this easy to use pouch . Hi guys ! Happy Wednesday .  So I'm one of those unlucky people that suffer from drier skin in the winter ,and the cold weather and the combo of heaters at work doesn't help it along. My skin gets scaly blotchy and flaky (and I'm usually combination / oily skin in the summer ) and it gets super tight , to the point that it gets painful to even smile.  Along came this miracle in a bottle  - The Juliette Armand Multi B Vitamin Serum . This serum is SUPER hydrating, yet it doesn't have that greasy formula some hydrating products seem to have. The formula is super thin almost water like, absorbs quickly and a little really goes a long way . Within a few days my skin was back to normal. I use this serum twice a day before my moisturiser, and I can't rave enough about what an amazing serum this is, it bought back the nourishment my skin desperately needed.  This works...
