Pink & Purple Dots

Hi guys ! Hope you are having a fun week so far. My week has luckily not been too busy, but really enjoying the little bit of calmness. Today I'm sharing a fun pink Valentinesday look with you . The lovely Ghila from NailsNoob  send me a little surprise from Italy with a friend that is visiting South Africa at the moment and this Rimmel beauty was included in my package . I knew wanted to use it before Valentinesday , so it was the first one I picked to use. For this mani I used two coats of Rimmel Salon Pro Simply Sizzling.. It's such a gorgeous barbie pink . For my accent nail I used one coat of OPI Alpine Snow and topped it off with Teenage Dreams . I then used a fun heart with a kiss on decal from the  Born Pretty Store  and voila.. Perfect for a Valentinesday look.  ( I reviewed the decals  HERE  ) So onto the nails ....  Thanks again for the gorgeous gifts Ghila ... xxx  How has your week been so far ? ...

Hi guys ! Hope you had a fun weekend. This weekend we celebrated my Gran's birthday and had a blast. (Just had way to much cake the last two weeks ... hee hee hee )  So with Friday being Valentinesday .. I will be showing some of my favourite red nail polishes with you guys. To be honest .. I'm not the biggest fan of rocking red nails personally, but red nails are perfect for Valentinesday ..  so in no particular order .. Here are my 12 favourites... All of the polishes are two coats with topcoat (the textures without topcoat of course) 1.China Glaze Cranberry Splash   -  China Glaze Cranberry Splash is a metallic shimmery red.  2. Hi guys ! Hope everyone had a great weekend ! Mine sure was !! Just wayyyy to short for my liking . Today I'm showing you my version of Cupid's Revenge. This theme had me a little stumped , had no idea exactly what I wanted to do. Then my ex suggested this design. The moment you lose the person you love ( Cupid's revenge ) you feel like your heart doesn't beat anymore ! And so this design was born . ♥ For this design, I used two coats of China Glaze Stone Cold ( a gorgeous matte grey ! ) and drew the heart beat line design using my Cina Nail Art pen in white . For the heart I free handed the cute heart, with Seche Colour Snapdragon ♥ I used Seche Vite for Top Coat . Hi guys ! It's finally weekend ! Anyone got any exciting plans ? Today is also my granny's birthday, so really looking forward to visiting her this evening, and spending some time with her tomorrow ! Happy birthday gran !! Today's nail art challenge is a girly gradient. For this mani I decided to use pink (what colour is more girlie than pink ! ) . I used three coats of Tip Top Melting Marshmallow for the base colour. Then I used Tip Top Pink About Us, and Tip Top Sexy Bikini as the gradient colours. Honestly this looks so pretty and cute ! Then I stamped the accent nail with Konad Special White Polish, and Salon Express plate (SE 18 ) . I really love how super girly this looks ! ♥ And the little heart added a sweet innocent touch . ♥ Remember to also check out the lovely ladies who are also doing this challenge. Hi guys ! Can you believe it's Wednesday already ! Seriously this week is just flying by ! ( Or it's just because I'm super busy .. ) Hee hee hee, but whatever one it is I don't mind ! Today I'm showing you my Valentines Day Nail Art challenge. Today's theme is roses. Well, I'm not a big fan of roses at ALL ! Not in nail art form, or in actual form . Why you might ask ? The last year I developed a weird allergic reaction to them, which is a pity because I used to LOVE getting roses as gifts.  So this was a super tough one for me personally. I used two coats of China Glaze Ruby Pump ( Wow it's the most gorgeous red ever !! ), and for the accent nail I used two coats of Loreal Black Swan . For the stamping I used Konad special white polish, and China Glaze Adore (such a lovely colour to stamp with ! ) with Konad plate M65 - Again remember to check out the lovely Erin and Elena's blogposts with their roses themed post today, I'm sure ...

Hi guys ! Hope everyone had a fab weekend ! Sorry for no post on Friday, as many of you know it was my little guy's birthday, and I was to busy running around getting everything perfect to post. But don't worry, I will show off the nails I did for his party this week too ! A while back my awesome friend Elena posted about this fun challenge on her blog that she is joining in, and I decided to join in the fun too. For this mani, I used two coats of Tip Top French Manicure White, and accent nail was Tip Top Fairy Dust , which I stamped with Salon Express plate (SE20) and China Glaze Adore. I did some newspaper prints over the white, but decided to mix it up with a poem someone wrote for me a few years back , and I felt this was my love note, so I really wanted to share it on my nails too  ♥ I just love the outcome of this mani !! Hope you love this mani as much as I do !...
