I'm Batty For Halloween!

Hi guys ! Hope everyone had an amazing weekend... Mine was nice and relaxing, just so sad it went by so quickly. Alex is also getting the flu ... So hoping I caught it in time so he doesn't get too sick.  Today I'm sharing another Halloween mani with you before Halloween on Thursday ... This time it's a moon and bat inspired mani . I'm trying to keep most fun and not too creepy... I prefer fun cartoonish versions on my nails.  Here's the fun batty Halloween mani - For this mani I used : Pinky and Index finger - China Glaze Get Carried A way Ring and Middle Finger - China Glaze Haunting mixed with a little white polish to achieve a lighter grey . Then I used a fan brush and brushed a little white over it to give it a misty spooky effect. I then used Tip Top Orange You Lovely and Tip Top Black Forest for the bat. Thumb - Again a mixture of China glaze Haunting with a little white , topped with China Glaze Whirled Away glitter. Ho

Really looking forward to seeing the photos this year.  Today I'm sharing my first Halloween mani with you. I really enjoy fun Halloween themed nail art, and will be showing some fun designs again with you this year (and different themed ones than those I did last year ) When Alaina from TheLittleCanvas posted this mani last week on her blog, I knew I had to re-create the look  . Here's the link to her original post - ghost-nail-art-my-first-stud-manicure   Mine does look different but the idea is the same as a wanted a fun idea for ghosts . Some Fun with Stamping ♥

Hi guys ! Hope your weekend was a blast ! I really enjoyed the cold rainy weather we had this weekend, was such a nice change from the hot weather we had lately.  Today I'm sharing a fun stamping plate review. I was instantly drawn to this plate since it has fun ribbons, skulls and nautical themed image, and I can see myself using ALL of these images in the future . My favourites without a doubt are the cute ribbons. I got this one from the KKCenterHK store -  Nail-Art-Stamping -Rock-Lovely-Skull-Bow-Rudder-Anchor-Stamp-Template-Plate What impressed me most was how clear the images stamped. I didn't have any issues with any of the images on the plate, which is a huge bonus. The also picked up on my stamper smoothly and without any troubles. I created two fun looks with this stamping plates to share with you today. The first one I used a skull and a girly ribbon . The next one was a red and blue nautical look. Here's the first mani using a skull images as well as

Zoya Pixie Dust - Godiva

Hi guys ! Hope everyone had a fun week . I'm so glad it's weekend. Was a busy week and I have another busy week ahead next week . Good news though... Next week I'll start with a few Halloween themed posts.  Today I'm showing you one of the Pixie Dust polishes from Zoya. This is their texture polish line. I loved the beige/nude one so much I knew I had to have it the moment it came out. I'm a sucker for gorgeous nude polishes. Godiva is a beige/nude with fine silver glitter. I love how fine the glitters are in these textured polishes, almost like you sprinkled coloured sugar on your nails. I love that this is another texture that you can dress up or down, it's perfect for adding a little fun element to work. It's the second week I was rocking this gorgeous colour at work.  The formula of this polish was amazing too. A little sheer so needed three coats for full opacity. I love how well these texture polishes wears... Not only gorgeous but ama

China Glaze - Kiss My Glass

Hi guys ! Hope everyone is having a great week so far. Mine is busy as usual.. But I guess it's always busy this time of year . Still can't believe we are in October already !  Today I'm sharing another of the China Glaze Autumn Nights collection with you. This is another one I got purely for the name , but that turned out to be a gorgeous colour .  China Glaze Kiss My Glass is a gorgeous blue-based gun metal colour . This colour is sooo gorgeous ! I love dark grey-ish colours . This is another super opaque colour, I used two coats but could have easily gotten away with just one.  Here's the photos of this gorgeous colour - This is another beauty in the collection . Again this is perfect for work or play as well as for summer , sometimes I prefer some dark neutral colours over super neon summer colours. How has your week been ? Hope the polish name gave you a little giggle .
