Survive the Silly Season with McNabs Super Charge Range !

Hi guys ! Happy Friday ! I'm strangely excited for December to start , really looking forward to Christmas and spending some more time with family and friends.

One of my main things during November and December at work is how insanely busy you get. I feel like I'm running from point A to point B without taking a break - which let's be honest - can tire you out so easily - especially in this December heat we have been experiencing in Johannesburg.

I'm a HUGE fan of McNabs - not just of their SuperCharge range but the SuperChill and SuperGuard range is AMAZING too. I always have a few SuperCharge and SuperChill tablet packets at home for when I know I will have a busy day or super stressful day.

Today I'm telling you more about the SuperCharge range - that's perfect for this time of year when we are faced with being super busy - from deadlines at work to year end parties - and Christmas shopping .

SuperCharge Hi Energy Bar:
First up is the Super Charge Hi Energy bar. These Hi Energy bars are super tasty and convenient energy source - I love it when I know I need a snack that will give me a boost of energy too. This bar is packed full of peanuts and whey protein and the best part - dipped in a layer of Belgium Chocolate . This is a great boost when your energy levels are low.

P.S - If you are allergic to peanuts / nuts - Stay away from this bar. I'm mentioning this since my mom is HIGHLY allergic and you don't want to share this bar with a nut allergy person.

 SuperCharge Liquid Energy
I always carry a few of these little handy sachets in my hand bag or work bag.  They are also super affordable - so you can always carry an energy boost on the go. For the times you need that extra boost of instant energy that lasts a few hours to help you seize the day.

Best of all, these sachets are made up of natural plant derived caffeine found in Guarana, Green Coffee Bean extract and Green Tea, instead of chemically produced anhydrous caffeine and it contains no alcohol!
 SuperCharge Energy Tabs

For the times you need sustainable, all-day energy without any of the side affects to help you live your #BigLife. Our modern lifestyles of little sleep, long work hours, eating junk food, and drinking lots of caffeine and alcohol often results in a micro nutrient deficiency, causing fatigue. This is often magnified during the festive season as stress increases and energy fades fast.

The solution? Our McNab’s Energy tabs! With no caffeine, preservatives, or artificial flavourants and colourants, SuperCharge Energy tabs are made up of a carefully selected range of multivitamins, minerals, omega oils, and herbs such as Superherb Siberian Ginseng giving you a constant supply of energy without that crash and burn feeling.

I love these on days that I know I will be super busy at work as a booster the morning. And this does help me to not feel like passing out from being overly exhausted when I get home at night after a busy day - A winner in my books.

If you feel super stressed out too - I would recommend you try the SuperChill range too. It really works wonders if you feel like you have too much on your plate  .

How was YOUR week ? Any fun weekend plans ?

Catrice ICONails Gel Lacquer Review and Wear Test

Hi guys. Happy Monday. How was your weekend ?? Today I will be sharing my review on the Catrice ICONails Gel Lacquer . I have worn this quite a few times since buying the product - so I have a pretty good idea how it preforms. The colour I got was a typical Lynette colour - The Catrice ICONails Gel Lacquer in Donut Worry be Happy. This is such a gorgeous fun pink colour. The range does have quite a few colour options - and what I do like about the range is that no top coat is needed. So while I always top coat polish or gel polishes - I didn't when I tested this out. Since I did mention I have worn it quite a few times - I always wore it without top coat. The polish dries amazingly fast - and is dry enough to not make dent marks on it within 20 minutes. Which I think is pretty impressive for a polish without top coat. The brush is on the thicker side - making the polish super easy to apply. I prefer nailpolish brushes like this since it's mostly just one swipe on each ...

CATRICE TREATMENTS SERUM REVIEW

Hi guys! Happy Wednesday. How was your week? I totally lost a day with the public holidays and Easter Weekend threw into the mix ... I was pretty convinced today was actually Tuesday. As I mentioned in my New on my Beauty Desk post in February - I got a few Catrice serums from their new range to try out. In total I picked up the Hydro serum as well - so today I will give you a rundown on the three serums I chose from the range to my routine.  Overall - I have a pretty good idea of which ones I love - which ones are good and which ones I'm not 100% sold on.  CATRICE HYDRO PLUMPING SERUM  This serum contains 1.5 %  hyaluronic acid and panthenol to plumps up the skin as well as have a soothing effect on the skin. Hyaluronic acid is well known to hydrate the skin and absorbs easily into the skin super quickly. I love using Hyaluronic Acid in the morning before applying make-up as it gives me a hydrated base to work with. Honestly, while I did enjoy using this serum - I d...
