The Papery Script Box Review and Reveal

Hi guys! Happy 2023. I took some time off last year as I got extremely sick, but I'm back and excited to share a ton of exciting stuff.

Last year in December I treated myself to another The Papery stationery box - and it took me forever to settle on one until my dear friend Siobhan convinced me this is the one for me - and I'm glad I listened to her.

Today I'll share my box and thoughts with you. I decided on the once-off box option to just try out - which I feel is an excellent option if you aren't sure or just want to treat yourself to a box or two. I paid R595 and that included delivery.

Firstly - a cute baggie with some treats, a Pukka Night Time tea, a coffee and some cookies! Yum! A perfect little treat for when you feel like doing some journalling or just being creative.

Next up is some gorgeous stationery paper, envelopes and calligraphy
sheets. I adore the blue tones and butterflies, it gives a total vintage vibe feel to the set which is perfect.

This box also includes a calligraphy pen - perfect to use on the practice sheets that are included in the box.

Next up is this gorgeous sticker set - as I mentioned this whole box has a blue/turquoise vintage vibe feel - and these stickers are no exception.

There are cute plant/coffee/crystals and just magical whimsical vibe stickers that will suit every mood.

Next up is my favourite part of the box - the wax sealing set. *swoon* I can't even describe my excitement with this in the set. You get the wax beads to melt in a spoon and a gorgeous turquoise wax seal which I can't wait to use. If you love writing letters and giving them a vintage feel and look again this set is perfect for you.

I seriously can't wait to start using these!

And lastly - the set includes a gorgeous turquoise Parker pen to write gorgeous letters with. I'll admit this is my least favourite part of the box - and don't get me wrong - it's a gorgeous pen. Not 100% my style but I will totally be using it.

Overall if you adore journaling, cute stationery and overall planners - I can highly recommend these boxes - They will make a cute gift for a friend that adores them as a birthday gift or a little treat me box.

Catrice ICONails Gel Lacquer Review and Wear Test

Hi guys. Happy Monday. How was your weekend ?? Today I will be sharing my review on the Catrice ICONails Gel Lacquer . I have worn this quite a few times since buying the product - so I have a pretty good idea how it preforms. The colour I got was a typical Lynette colour - The Catrice ICONails Gel Lacquer in Donut Worry be Happy. This is such a gorgeous fun pink colour. The range does have quite a few colour options - and what I do like about the range is that no top coat is needed. So while I always top coat polish or gel polishes - I didn't when I tested this out. Since I did mention I have worn it quite a few times - I always wore it without top coat. The polish dries amazingly fast - and is dry enough to not make dent marks on it within 20 minutes. Which I think is pretty impressive for a polish without top coat. The brush is on the thicker side - making the polish super easy to apply. I prefer nailpolish brushes like this since it's mostly just one swipe on each

CATRICE TREATMENTS SERUM REVIEW

Hi guys! Happy Wednesday. How was your week? I totally lost a day with the public holidays and Easter Weekend threw into the mix ... I was pretty convinced today was actually Tuesday. As I mentioned in my New on my Beauty Desk post in February - I got a few Catrice serums from their new range to try out. In total I picked up the Hydro serum as well - so today I will give you a rundown on the three serums I chose from the range to my routine.  Overall - I have a pretty good idea of which ones I love - which ones are good and which ones I'm not 100% sold on.  CATRICE HYDRO PLUMPING SERUM  This serum contains 1.5 %  hyaluronic acid and panthenol to plumps up the skin as well as have a soothing effect on the skin. Hyaluronic acid is well known to hydrate the skin and absorbs easily into the skin super quickly. I love using Hyaluronic Acid in the morning before applying make-up as it gives me a hydrated base to work with. Honestly, while I did enjoy using this serum - I do prefer the Sw
