OPI - The Impossible Liquid Sand

Hi guys ! Wow can you believe it's Wednesday already ??? This week is really going by so quickly... And Friday is a public Holiday too. Whoohooo !!

Today I'm showing you another liquid Sand shade from OPI. This time it's OPI The Impossible . The Impossible is described as "A matte fuchsia with star confetti that will never give up". This one was actually a surprise favourite of mine . I won't exactly describe it as a fuchsia, this is a little more red on me ... But still super gorgeous. All downside was, I didn't get any star glitter this time round, but I did spot one or two in the mini bottle of mine.

Again, the texture isn't annoying at all . I used two coats for the swatches below, and as always, these textures wear like iron.

Here's the photos of OPI The Impossible -

This is really such a pretty colour !! (And my #NOTD too , which rarely happens) , just loved it so much I knew I had to share it first .

Do you like the whole texture polish trend ??

Have a GREAT Wednesday !

P.S - I FINALLY have an Instagram account, feel free to follow me there too . The link is on the sidebar . :)

  2. Such a sexy colour. I like the texture. It looks great and different. Does the texture feel weird on the nails though?

    1. Thanks so much Desle. No the texture doesn't feel weird at all. You do feel it, but it doesn't stick to clothes or your hair. ♥

  4. This one actually looks amazing on you!! I also don't think it is fuschia. It definitely leans more red.

I didn't have any stars in mine but I suspect it is because of the mini bottle. I hope there will at lest be a few as I use it :P

This colour really looks amazing on you. I LOVE textured polishes.

    1. Thanks so much Michelle. ♥ I did notice one at the bottom, turned my bottle around so it might "move" to the top but with no luck. And when the star sank down again I noticed another little one.. I do hope they come out of the bottle soon.. Would love to see them.

I really love texture polishes too, such a fun trend ♥

  8. It's really pretty! But I didn't get any stars in my bottle. I think with the mini sets you take a bit of a gamble like that. Worth the gamble though! ;D

Catrice ICONails Gel Lacquer Review and Wear Test

Hi guys. Happy Monday. How was your weekend ?? Today I will be sharing my review on the Catrice ICONails Gel Lacquer . I have worn this quite a few times since buying the product - so I have a pretty good idea how it preforms. The colour I got was a typical Lynette colour - The Catrice ICONails Gel Lacquer in Donut Worry be Happy. This is such a gorgeous fun pink colour. The range does have quite a few colour options - and what I do like about the range is that no top coat is needed. So while I always top coat polish or gel polishes - I didn't when I tested this out. Since I did mention I have worn it quite a few times - I always wore it without top coat. The polish dries amazingly fast - and is dry enough to not make dent marks on it within 20 minutes. Which I think is pretty impressive for a polish without top coat. The brush is on the thicker side - making the polish super easy to apply. I prefer nailpolish brushes like this since it's mostly just one swipe on each

CATRICE TREATMENTS SERUM REVIEW

Hi guys! Happy Wednesday. How was your week? I totally lost a day with the public holidays and Easter Weekend threw into the mix ... I was pretty convinced today was actually Tuesday. As I mentioned in my New on my Beauty Desk post in February - I got a few Catrice serums from their new range to try out. In total I picked up the Hydro serum as well - so today I will give you a rundown on the three serums I chose from the range to my routine.  Overall - I have a pretty good idea of which ones I love - which ones are good and which ones I'm not 100% sold on.  CATRICE HYDRO PLUMPING SERUM  This serum contains 1.5 %  hyaluronic acid and panthenol to plumps up the skin as well as have a soothing effect on the skin. Hyaluronic acid is well known to hydrate the skin and absorbs easily into the skin super quickly. I love using Hyaluronic Acid in the morning before applying make-up as it gives me a hydrated base to work with. Honestly, while I did enjoy using this serum - I do prefer the Sw
