Pink & Purple Dots

Hi guys ! Happy Thursday . Anyone else super excited for tomorrow to be Christmas ? I know I am . This time of year is seriously my favourite time of year, just relaxing and spending time with family.  As I mentioned, I'm a little bit behind with the N.A.I.L  ... But I was going through my nail art goodies and saw these cute snowflakes nail art stickers with some sparkle in them and knew instantly they were perfect for today's prompt . I was lucky enough to get an awesome press pack from Essence last week - and one of the first polishes I wanted to try was The Essence No Make - Up Look polish in Powdery Rose. First I need to rave about this polish on it's own. I LOVE this polish. It does dry matte ... But boy oh boy this is a perfect no fuss nail polish. I wore this for 3 days before I did the nail art and had no chips. That's MAJOURLY impressive for a polish that I didn't use top coat on.  So onto the nails -  For this look I used : Essence No

I decided to dress up all my nails in purple "wrapping paper" , and use a cute little red and green striped bow to top off the look. Hi guys ! Happy Thursday. I'm in such a holiday mood since being on leave I totally forgot to post ... Oops ! I still have some awesome posts lined up to share with you guys this year still. I'm a lot more active over on  Instagram  - so feel free to follow me there to see what I'm up too.  Last year I bought a few awesome  NailCandi  nail charms, and I totally forgot about them . When I went through my nail art box the other day I discovered them and decided they are way to pretty to not use. I decided to use the Christmas stocking for this mani.  I also ordered some NailCandi Liquid Palisade and couldn't wait to start using it. ( I used it around the white nail to do the pattern with the green glitter polish - it made clean-up SUPER easy .. just peel off and no struggling to remove the odd glitter pieces ) So onto the nails - For this mani I used : China Glaze Merry Berry ( the red polish ) China Glaze Winter Holly ( The green glitter polish ) Esse

Hi guys ! Happy Tuesday ! And happy 1st of December . The Christmas season is really my favourite time of year, spending some extra time with family and friends, and rewinding after a crazy year. A little while ago Essence released the most epic Merry Berry Limited Edition collection. As always with ANY Essence Limited Edition - the goodies are AMAZING ! I got myself the highlighter, hair fragrance , eyeshadow and this gorgeous polish from the range {as seen on my Instagram photo} . If there is ANYTHING in this collection that caught your eye - run and snag it up before it's all gone.  I fell in love the minute I saw a swatch of this online and knew this was a pinkish / purple I needed.  First off - How GORGEOUS is the polish bottle. It looks so elegant and classy . The polish is SUPER pigmented , I could have easily gotten away with one coat , but as always used two. The polish applied like butter , and the colour for me screams Christmas ( I'm not a huge fan of red nail

 Hi guys ! Happy Friday ! I'm strangely excited for December to start , really looking forward to Christmas and spending some more time with family and friends. One of my main things during November and December at work is how insanely busy you get. I feel like I'm running from point A to point B without taking a break - which let's be honest - can tire you out so easily - especially in this December heat we have been experiencing in Johannesburg. Hi guys ! Happy November. I know I know... I've been missing most of the month ... Work and personal stuff just kept me so busy I hardly had time to blog ... But luckily I'm back now... Yeah ! As you know , each year as with the Breast Cancer Awareness campaigns , I support the Movember campaigns too. The one I personally support is -   https://za.movember.com/  . So as always, after I make my donation, I do a mani in support of the cause too. This year I used some nail vinyls from  BecauseIShop  - she has a little Movember set that's perfect for any Movember mani . These are pretty easy to use - you polish your nails , wait about 10 / 15 minutes . Gently peel of the nail vinyl... Place on top of your nail . Paint over in a different colour and voila !
